What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect a single piece of information: your email address. That's it. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics scripts, no fingerprinting.

Why we collect it

Your email is used for one purpose only: to keep you informed about NexaOS development progress and early access availability. We will never use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to NexaOS updates.

How we collect and store it

Submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form service. Your email is forwarded to us and stored in our internal database. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with any third party for marketing purposes.

Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

We process your email based on your explicit consent, given by checking the consent box and submitting the waitlist form.

Data retention

We keep your email for as long as the NexaOS waitlist is active. Once NexaOS launches publicly or if you unsubscribe, your email is deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Accessyour data — ask us what we have, we'll tell you (it's just your email).
• Rectifyyour data — want to change the email on file? Just ask.
• Deleteyour data — request removal at any time and we'll erase it within 30 days.
• Withdraw consent— every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're out.
• Lodge a complaintwith the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), the French data protection authority.

Third-party services

We do not use any analytics, tracking pixels, social media SDKs, or advertising networks on this site.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll note the date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify you by email if we have your address.
